20 min studio family portraits at West Vancouver home studio.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Two setups are included: family and kids-only (optional).
The backdrops may vary.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
You will receive 5 full-size high-resolution digital images of your choice via a final online gallery within 3 weeks. Print release.
The proofing gallery will be sent to you within 10 days.
WHO IS THIS SESSION FOR?
The session is for immediate family members only (parents and kids) with babies 4 months old and older. If you wish to include grandparents please book the second slot. No pets for these sessions, sorry.
BOOKING
Full payment of your session fee and completion of this form is required to confirm your booking.
Once booked, you will receive an email with the address, clothing advice, and further details.
TIME
Your gallery email will be sent within 10 days of your session.
COPYRIGHT
All images remain the property of Anna Alexander Photography. Anna Alexander Photography reserves the right to use images from this shoot for display, portfolio, or other purposes.
RESCHEDULE
Reschedule requests due to emergency or illness will be moved to the next available date for that session type.
CANCELLATION
Session fees are non-refundable. In case of illness please contact the studio to arrange the reschedule. The balance can be used for a different session in the future.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Please be mindful of timing and arrive 10 min prior to your session. You can wait in the car or outside (weather permitting) for your time slot.
Sessions are spaced out with 15 min in between to allow enough time for families to arrive and leave.
